Creamy Avocado Deep Green Gazpacho
Makes: 1 serving
1/2 to 3/4 bottle of Essentially Deep Green Juice
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Nutritional Yeast
A fresh squeeze of Lemon Juice
Salt & black pepper to taste

Step one: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high. Depending on the consistency you prefer, add more or less Deep Green juice.
Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of mixed seeds and a quick drizzle of Olive Oil.
Chill in the fridge until you’re ready to relish the goodness.
