Immunity Boosting Dark Chocolate & Ginger Cookies Recipe

A delicious fall treat with immunity boosting ingredients, these Dark Chocolate and Ginger Cookies taste absolutely divine.  They’re light and fluffy filled with pockets of serotonin boosting dark chocolate chips and spicy ginger for the perfect cookie you can enjoy guilt free!

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1 Essentially Wake Me Shot

1/4 cup coconut palm sugar

1/4 cup almond / peanut butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

 

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.  Remove, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet – flattening each ball down to 1/2 an inch thick.  Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
